F.A.Q.

There’s no real way to answer this. The size, scope and quality of materials will determine the price of your project. An ACE Standard Kitchen that is around 100-120 sf. can start anywhere from $15k and go up to $50k+ depending on materials. A kitchen twice that size can range from $50-100k+ and depending on the scope of the project. A Scion and Bentley are both a “car”. They’re very different. This is what I like to say when people ask about the cost of a kitchen.
Some people are shocked to see $20k for an entire kitchen and others spend that on their countertops. It’s our job to determine what level of kitchen makes sense for your home and your budget and then design a path for you to get the kitchen you want. Our install methods and attention to craftsmanship is the same on every job, big or small. Kitchens with larger scopes and more expensive products just take more time and end up costing more money.
Costs are usually driven up by things like appliances (duh), countertops, tile selections, crown molding details, M.E.P. scope and management. A small kitchen may only take 2-3 weeks to knock out. Larger kitchen remodels can take 3 months - that’s a considerable amount more in labor hours, management and admin tasks, etc.
So many factors play into why your kitchen remodel costs what it does. There’s only one true way to find out. Give us a call, send us a text, or fill out the contact form.

Also not an easy one to answer... Lots of factors but in a perfect world - smaller kitchens (100'-120sf) could take 4-6 weeks depending on scope. Larger projects can take 2 - 3 months.
Things that can affect timelines - scope creep, lead times, pre-construction decision making, building departments, weather or accounts payable.
We’ve installed temporary kitchens for clients and we also have a list of resources for handling large scale remodels while you and your family live in the home. It’s intimate. It’s difficult. It’s the reality of the job. We're demolishing and rebuilding a central part of your home and your life. We’ll clean up and respect your space, do a great job with the work and you’ll enjoy having us around. Hopefully we’ll make a couple months feel like a couple days.

Yes. You’ll get a 3-D rendering of your kitchen that we can go over in detail. You can meet with one of our kitchen designers to make edits to the design, see the cabinets and to talk about tile, hardware and countertop options.
